A viral video from Pakistan television channel where a Reagan-Fascell Fellow at National Endowment for Democracy, Marvi Sirmed, had to withstand abuses on live television channel. The issue was about the proposed Aurat March or the Women's March and the man in question was vehemently opposed to the idea that women should assert themselves and got off the hook when the woman tried to intervene and make her point. The clip is especially viral in the Indian subcontinent.
Solidarity with @marvisirmed - shameful, unacceptable conduct by someone who claims to be a 'writer')— Raza Ahmad Rumi (@Razarumi) March 3, 2020
( P.S. this guy needs professional help. The least TV channels can do is to ban him from the screens.)
